Last Night, after a sudden realization that if continue with my procrastination I'll never amount to anything, I decided to download a PDF explaining the steps to become a YouTube hit...
It does take time, but I truly believe that following this 100-something pages guide will bring some success, even if it's a mild-one.
YouTube isn't something you can predict. And to be successful in an unpredictable environment the first thing you need is luck... And trust me, most of the successful Youtubers you're subscribed to right now, are successful due to sheer luck.
Luck and looks can do so much more than trying to predict what the next trend will be... Aside from the fact that some of them really dominate the game, you also have to understand that even Jenna Marbles wouldn't be as big as she is, if she was "fat and ugly". Even Pewdiepie, the most successful Youtuber so far... Can you imagine him being the most subscribed if he didn't have his accent, blonde hair and blue eyes?
When someone tells me stories of "If someone wasn't (...) then (...)", I tend to follow his/her thought with "If my grandmother had balls, she would be my grandfather!". And with that in mind, it cemented even further in my mind that YouTube, with or without the intervention of luck, I will try and do my best to become Someone on YouTube. And I will vlog, and blog my way through success.
